Private and semi-private classes are offered in person or virtual through Zoom. These sessions are designed to meet you where you are and allow you to get started with the basics or deepen your yoga practice. These classes can include but are not limited to; pranayama (breath work), meditation, asana (physical practice).
I offer a variety of yoga and meditation services to meet the individual needs of my clients, working with each individual based on their needs, wishes and goals. I offer vinyasa/hatha and restorative classes, as well as guided meditation for private and semi-private clients, all tailored to meet your specific needs.
