All of my public yoga classes are designed to be accessible for anyone with normal movement capabilities. You can expect a moderate activity level. I do structure classes to support the mobility and activity levels needed by the group as a whole. This means sometimes class will be more relaxing or more strenuous. This may mean that sometimes you move into child’s pose instead of downward facing dog for example. Beyond the cultivation of a mindfully sequenced class I do request that you listen to the needs of your body over my suggestions for poses. I want you to feel comfortable and safe while practice with me. I strive to assist you in cultivating more mobility and strength through dynamic functional movements and provide you with techniques to relax you body and mind.
